Funlah team requires 1 business day (excluding Mondays, weekends & Public Holiday) to process your orders. Please kindly check for order confirmation through your input email inbox/spam box on the next working day.

Please note we strictly DO NOT accept walk-in customers currently and all the orders to be placed online at least 1 day in advance. Orders will be processed next working day and earliest collection will be from Next Working Day after 4pm. Do contact us for any urgent requirements. Our CS team will kindly assist you.

Do take note of our operating days and hours and quote us your Order number upon reaching. (If someone else is collecting on behalf of you, do let him/ her quote on the order number, as well as the items list.)

Please note that cancellation is not allowed for orders below $100.

Cancellation of party package package above $100 : Admin charges $20

For change of mind we allow redemption of order within 60 days from order date. Otherwise, your orders will be removed from the store and voided.

NOTE: If you need urgent collection for the same day, do drop us a message with your order number via Facebook chat box at right bottom of the page to check for availability first.

Customer can self collect via our locker outside the office if time doesn't permit.
